- Colored Craft Paper
- Scissors
- Ribbon or Thread
Instructions:

- Take a square sheet of paper 12 cm X 12 cm
- Fold into half and cut.
- Take one half and fold the corners into triangles as shown.
- Fold the paper in an accordion pleat.
- Now fold it from the middle.
- Take the second half sheet of paper and fold into accordion pleat.
- Once done, fold it from the middle.
- Use the thread or ribbon to tie the two pieces together.
- Spread the pleats to get the proper paper butterfly shape.
