Heart Gift Box with Plastic Bottle

DIY heart gift box made using waste plastic bottle / soda bottle. This beautiful handmade heart box is great for Valentines Day gift or Anniversary gift for your loved ones. What’s even more amazing is that this DIY gift box is made by recycling waste plastic bottle and some sparkly glitter foam sheets. A must try Valentine Day craft idea for everyone.

Materials Required:

• Waste Plastic Bottle/ Soda Bottle
• Glitter Foam Sheet
• Ruler
• Paper Cutter
• Scissor
• Heart Craft Punch
• Glue

Instructions:

1. Take an empty plastic bottle / soda bottle and cut out a broad plastic ring out of it.
2. Fold and press this plastic ring along both ends to make a heart shape as shown in the steps below.
3. Now trace the heart shape plastic cut out on a foam sheet.
4. Cut out two heart shapes to make the base and lid of the heart gift box.
5. Stick the plastic bottle cut out on top of one of the foam sheet hearts to make a heart box.
6. Now cut some thin strips from another sheet of glitter foam.
7. Stick the glitter foam strip around the heart to make the lid of the heart gift box.
8. Decorate the lid by sticking another heart cut out on top.
9. Also stick the glitter foam strip around the base of the box we made earlier.
10. Now cut some small red glitter foam hearts using a craft punch or you can simplly draw and cut small hearts for decoration.
11. Stick these small red hearts on the transparent part of the box.
12. Gently close the lid so that it fits perfectly and the beautiful heart gift box is ready.
