Materials Required:
- Empty Plastic Bottle
- Tape
- Paper Cutter
- Cement
- Water
- Glass or container to make a hollow core
- Some weight in the form of pebbles or coins
- Petroleum Jelly
- Sand Paper
- Paint & Glitter
Instructions:

- Wrap the tape around the plastic bottle to mark the edges for cutting.
- Cut the plastic bottle in the desired size of the DIY Cement Candle Holder.
- In another disposable container mix cement with water to form a thick paste.
- Pour the cement mixture into the plastic bottle container up to half.
- Apply petroleum jelly on the surface of the glass and push it inside the cement mixture.
- Adjust the position of the glass to make a hollow core for the candle holder.
- Put some pebbles or coins as weight to hold the glass in place.
- Once dry, slowly remove the glass from inside.
