3D Paper Star made using origami paper or craft paper with paper folding technique. These cute little paper stars are really easy and fun to make. Although not really origami, because this craft involves a little bit of cutting, this 3D paper star is mostly paper folding like in origami. It is a great and fun craft idea for kids which they can use for school projects, desk décor, scrapbooking and card making etc. You can also make these cute little stars as Christmas decorations, hang it using strings to make a paper star garland or stick it on handmade Christmas cards.

Materials Required:
- Color Craft Paper
- Scissors
Instructions:

- Take a square sheet of paper.
- Fold it into half
- Fold it again to get the mid-point and pinch to make a mark.
- As shown in steps 3-5 in the picture below to fold a cross on one half of the paper.
- Again follow the steps shown in 6 to 11 to fold the paper.
- Now cut it to get a triangular shape as shown in step 12-13.
- Open all the folds carefully.
- Press the folds inwards and outwards alternatively keeping the smaller crease inside.
- Gently press the mid-point or peak of the paper star to get desired shape.
- 3D Paper Star is ready.
